It has removed all the discomfort that I used to feel in my forearm as a result of the pressure from the edge of the guitar and it has also had the effect of adjusting the angle of attack of my wrist in relation to the strings. My wrist and hand are more aligned now instead of bent at the wrist. Fantastic!!

I’ve just ordered a second one for my other guitar so I don’t have to keep changing it over every time I switch guitars.
